Friedenstein Gotha – Immersive Audio Tour

Bringing Gotha’s History to Life Through Sound.

For the Friedenstein Stiftung in Gotha, I created a fully immersive audio tour guiding visitors through 12 historical points of interest across the city. Each stop combines narration, sound design, and music, transporting listeners into the layered stories of Gotha—from its grand castle and historic train station to hidden districts like the Black Quarter.

This production was crafted in both English and German, with voice-overs by Eli Thorne (English) and Doris Lauerwald (German). Authentic sounds and rich soundscapes were carefully designed to evoke the atmosphere of each location, allowing visitors to experience history not only through words but through a sensory journey of sound.
